WMDPG is an active non-profit organization dedicated to the art of Decorative Painting. Each year the Board works hard to bring exciting painting opportunities to its members, but that's not where it stops. WMDPG also recognizes its place in the world and is quick to donate time, talents and goods to non-profit organizations. In the past we have painted murals at veteran homes, donated painting products to a woman's prison, and offered product and monetary donations to Girl's Inc. We have adopted, as one of our yearly charities, David' House, a home-away-from home for families who have children receiving care at the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital. We are active in the Memory Box Project donating memory boxes to many hospitals in the New England area. The list is long of our charitable contributions and activities. To help fund these donations we hold an annual fundraiser.

In the past we have held weekend painting retreats, taken bus trips to local shops/events and generally had much fun together. Visit our Gallery page to see pictures from our past and look for old and new friends.
